The Algarve Property Shops is the presentation of the company Leopoldina Mangas Unipessoal, Lda, Fiscal Number: 514263164, registered in Portugal with Permanent Certificate 2201-6860-7244, where it can be proven on the company portal (www.portaldaempresa.pt).
The Algarve Property Shops (Leopoldina Mangas Unipessoal, Lda) is governed by Portuguese law and its amendments and subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
As the Algarve Property Shops (Leopoldina Mangas Unipessoal, Lda) is an intermediary company providing services between the hotel unit and the customer that rents it, billing for each reservation will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force, or representative there of to directly issue to the customer the invoice relating to the lease.
How to Book:
The reservation must be made via email to the Algarve Property Shops: firstname.lastname@example.org For a confirmed reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay is requested. Pre-booking of any accommodation will be held for a maximum of 72 hours. In that period of time you must pay the deposit of the reservation (by Bank Transfer) and send the proof of payment by email. Upon receipt of the deposit will be sent the confirmation of reservation by email, with all the information necessary to effect the Check-in. The final payment of the reservation, must be made 3 days before the arrival, in case of payment in cash, will be made on the day of arrival at the hotel unit with prior notice.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your identification documents are valid and comply with legal regulations and crucial that you bring them with you.
Change of Reservation:
If for any reason you need to change your reservation (ie typology, dates), you should do so by email as soon as possible, but without any guarantee that we can do so.
Capacity of the accommodation:
Only the number of people who do not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation is accepted. There is room for an extra charge for each extra person (adult or child and only in accommodation that allow it).
If you wish to cancel your confirmed reservation, please send it by email. Plus we remind you that the amount paid up to the date of cancellation is not refundable.
Should Algarve Property Shops need to cancel their reservation, due to force majeure, the Algarve Property Shops will refund the deposit paid in advance. Any event that the Algarve Property Shops or hotel unit can not prevent or prevent, such as situations of war, civil strife, strikes, hostilities, social problems, political and governmental actions, natural disasters, weather conditions, flight alterations and cancellations, terrorist activities, technical problems beyond our control. With the exception of the points indicated, we regret, but there will be no possible damages due to force majeure.
Check In and Check Out:
The check-in and check-out times at the various hotel units vary, but in most cases the check-in is after 16 o'clock and on the day of check-out until 10 o'clock. If your stay extends beyond this time, Algarve Property Shops reserves the right to charge an extra night.
The Algarve Property Shops reserves the right to charge the total accommodation value if it does not appear on the day of arrival without prior notice.
Prices displayed in Algarve Property Shops are per property, per type and per night. In the prices is included bed linen, towels, cleaning services in and out, water, electricity, gas, (exceptions excepted). We inform you that a supplement for the use of air conditioning, intermediate cleaning, change of towels and sheets, other facilities of the unit may be applied, being informed in advance or when requesting such service.
Some units advertised by Algarve Property Shops require a damage deposit of 200Eur to 500Eur. This deposit is used to protect the owner from any possible damage or noise claim, or any other unpaid charges. This amount will be requested on the day of arrival, but previously informed when making the reservation. The same security deposit will be returned within 3 business days after the date of departure. It will only be returned in full if there is no damage. In the event that the guarantee is insufficient to pay the full damages, Algarve Property Shops reserves the right to charge you the remainder of the outstanding payment. If abusive behavior occurs during your stay, you should leave this same case if required and seek alternative accommodation, assuming the respective costs.
Stays up to 7 nights only have cleaning on the day of entry and the day of departure. Stays of 14 nights, have 1 cleaning with change of towels and sheets. If you want extra service, request it on the unit itself, paying the extra value.
Cribs / infant beds:
Advance notice is required. We would like to inform you that some of our units do not have such an extra service. Additional charges will apply.
It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and care of all persons included in your reservation and to take the necessary precautions. In particular, make sure that children are supervised at all times, and the actions of their children are the responsibility of their parents.
On the day of checkout, all garbage must be removed from the apartment, and in the event of non-compliance, Algarve Property Shops reserves the right to charge a fee to the customer.
In the event that your behavior causes discomfort, damage, or disturbance in the unit where it is inserted, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday and if applicable call local authorities.
